Purchase & Payment Options

Honeycraft offers the payment options available at checkout. Depending on your eligibility and the options presented, you may be able to use Shop Pay to pay for your order in installments.

Shop Pay Installments: If you choose Shop Pay Installments, your payment schedule, installment amounts, eligibility, and applicable terms are determined by Shop Pay and its payment provider. Honeycraft does not create, manage, or control Shop Pay's installment plans or payment schedules. Any questions or concerns regarding installment payments, payment due dates, fees, or financing terms should be directed to Shop Pay or the applicable payment provider.

By selecting Shop Pay Installments, you acknowledge that your payment arrangement is subject to the terms and conditions provided by Shop Pay and its payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order only. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact Honeycraft co as soon as possible within this timeframe.

Once 24 hours have passed, your order can no longer be canceled. This policy allows us to manage order preparation and processing efficiently.

Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation until it has been confirmed by Honeycraft co
