Shipping policy

Craft Time

All handcrafted polymer clay items require 3–4 weeks of craft time before they are ready to ship. Because each item is handmade with care, processing times may vary slightly depending on the complexity and volume of orders.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot accommodate special requests for early delivery or expedited craft times. Please keep the 3–4 week craft time in mind when placing your order.

Pre-Orders & Non-Pre-Order Items

If a non-preorder item is purchased together with a preorder item, all items in the order will be shipped together according to the preorder's scheduled shipping date.

If you would like a non-preorder item to arrive sooner, please place a separate order for the non-preorder item.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, delayed, stolen, or otherwise misplaced during shipping or delivery.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and secure. We recommend monitoring your tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier directly if there are any delivery issues.

Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. Refunds are not accepted after 24 hours. Please carefully review your order and choose your items carefully before completing your purchase.
